F.A.Q.
My store's checkout uses Stripe, which is used by Target, Adidas, The Salvation Army, Under Armour, and 100,000+ businesses. It is a trustworthy payment service that is recognized world-wide. I don't have Paypal available on my store at this time.
Tracking
After you place an order, it will take a few days to process shipping. I'm unable to provide tracking numbers at the time.
Packaging
Your items will be packaged securely to make sure there will be no damage whatsoever. Since I'm only selling enamel pins for now, all packages will be in a 4 x 8 bubble envelope. Each individual pin will be attached to a card. Bubble wrap will completely layer the pin and card together to make sure that there will be no folding or bending to the card that the pin is attached to. The envelope is waterproof so if your package is dirty on the outside, the contents will be safe.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges. I will not be sending out any broken or damaged items to guarantee quality control.
I ship world wide, but the customer is responsible for any customs fees.
